(a)   Subdivision Regulations are hereby approved and adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Augusta, Kansas, as prepared and published in book form by the City of Augusta Planning Commission with technical assistance from Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A., under the date of October 19, 2020 and entitled “City of Augusta, Kansas Subdivision Regulations” and the same are hereby incorporated by reference as fully as if set out herein. Not less than three (3) copies of the City of Augusta Subdivision Regulations, in book form, shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours. The City of Augusta Subdivision Regulations herein adopted by reference shall govern the use of land within the corporate limits of the City of Augusta, as may be amended by annexation of new territory into the City, and within the defined Planning Area extending beyond the corporate limits of the City.
